Free Women’s Literacy Classes: We provide free classes for income-generating skills, health and hygiene. The skills have enabled the graduates to begin their own business and empowered the local women to generate their own income and to gain financial independence.
Construction skills workshops: Training and skills enhancing workshops facilitates communities to explicate and share sustainable methods and knowledge of building and farming, which respond to the extreme climate experienced in this region of Bangladesh.
Our schemes include training community members with construction skills; enabling them to become skilled workers to find jobs in the construction industry. This addresses youth unemployment in the village.
