Our Trustee Dr. Nilufar Fatema, who is leading Mannan Foundation’s Free Healthcamps, has attended an International Training Program on Coronary Intervention. This is a complex procedure and can save lives and help those suffering from Heart Disease. Dr. Nilufar Fatema is an experienced Cardiologist. We are very lucky to have her volunteer to serve the disadvantaged people of Rajapur village. Dr. Fatema says: "I have attended a training program on Complex Per cutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), to improve my skills to do Coronary artery Intervention to treat Ischemic heart disease patients accurately and completely. The training was given by the famous Dr. Suvanan Roy and his team at Fortis Hospital”

Our Success Story: Empowering Disadvantaged Women

In May 2018, after a successful graduation of the very first cohort of Women’s Literacy & Income Generating course, Mannan Foundation Trust's next set of classes are due to begin at the Rajapur Centre. We empower the women living in poverty, by training them with income generating skills to enable earning ability and to weave a life full of happiness. And to live a life without poverty or fear. Our previous course was very popular and students who graduated, were able to start their own business, sewing themselves out of poverty.
